The Young Adult Volunteer program is a one-year service opportunity for young adults between 19 and 30. YAVs live in intentional Christian communities, deepening and developing their faith while serving alongside partners in sites across the United States and around the world. YAVs serve for one academic year, August to July, as they explore God’s calling in their lives. Applications are received in the spring, with the last round of applications typically due in early June. International site applications are due earlier, and national site applications later in the cycle.
You can find more detailed information about the program, the application form and a list of sites on the YAV page, which you can find here.
