Financial Aid for Service manages grant programs for Presbyterian-related schools, colleges and congregations. We manage other grant programs on behalf of our colleagues in Theology, Formation, and Evangelism.
Except where noted otherwise in the program documentation linked below, grant applications are considered quarterly. The deadline for submission is the first Friday of the months of March, June, September, and December.

Grant Programs for Presbyterian-Related schools, colleges and universities
The Wolf-Schick Maintenance Grant provides support for the construction of needed buildings such as dormitories, school buildings, libraries, hospitals, including equipment for the same.
The John C. Martin award for Teaching the Bible Grant is a partnership with the Office for Schools and Colleges Equipping Communities of Color that offers a $15,000 award to the Menaul School, Presbyterian PanAmerican, and Stillman College for teaching the Bible.
Teaching of the Bible Grant Application, providing support for Presbyterian-related schools, colleges, and universities in teaching the Bible. Up to five $10,000 grants fund activities ranging from campus-wide engagement through lecture series and Bible study to new curriculum.
Grant Programs for worshiping communities and worshiping community leaders
Closed for 2024. Program will be available again in February 2025.
Mariners Family Ministry Grant, providing up to $2,000 for creating a new family ministry program or expanding an existing program in a Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) congregation, new worshiping community, or Presbyterian-related camp or conference center. The gift supporting this grant is a legacy of Presbyterian Mariners.
